Handling Fee:

We do not charge a handling fee.

Sales Tax:

$7.75% Sales Tax added to California orders.

Payment:

VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Money Order, COD Cash Only,

Personal Checks (must clear before order is shipped, usually 5 business days.
$25 service charge added to any returned check.
If you do not feel comfortable using your credit card for on-line ordering,
please call us to place your order.

Shipment:

In stock orders are normally shipped the following business day after receipt of order.
We use UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated. Fed-Ex or Priority Mail by request.
You will be contacted if the shipping date will be delayed.

Back Order:

Back orders under $10.00 will automatically be cancelled,
and we ask that you reorder them at another time.
If Back Order is okay, please indicate so on your order form.
We will contact you when your item(s) come in.
You will be charged shipping on your back order items.

Shipping Charges:

Minimum $7.00 for ground shipments (1 pound).
Exact shipping is charged for any amount over the minimum.
Minimum shipping applies only to the contiguous USA 48 states.
HI, AK, APO, FPO , US territories, please contact us for rates.

Delivery:

Normally 1 to 5 business days for ground shipments in the contiguous USA 48 states.
Your e-mail address is required for a tracking number confirmation.
Please contact us if you feel your shipment is late.

Prices:

Our prices are in U.S. dollars, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Rush Orders:

ONLY ACCEPTED BY PHONE. Please call before 11:00am.
PLEASE SPECIFY shipping method:
UPS or Fed-Ex Overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day. U.S. Postal overnight also available.

Guarantee:

We strive to provide the best quality in our products.
If you are not satisfied with an item(s) on your order,
please call us within 15 days to arrange a return and refund, less shipping and COD fees.

Damaged Shipments:

If your package arrives damaged in any way,
please leave it in the condition it arrived in and call us immediately.
Do not throw away any box and/or packaging. We will instruct you what to do.

Returns:

You must call for a Return Authorization number (RA#) for any and all returns.
Merchandise must be returned in the same, new condition as it was received.
Returns without an RA# printed on the outside of the package will be rejected.
We do not accept COD's for a return.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
For added safety, pad all merchandise in the box.
Please be sure to insure your return shipment.

Canadian Orders:

Payment by Credit Card or M.O. in US Dollars.
Shipment by Global Priority Mail or Registered Mail ONLY.
An additional handling fee will be added for export paperwork.
We will notify you in advance of all shipping costs and fees.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
We do not ship furs, animal products and shells to Canada .

International Orders:

Please contact us for details.
Minimum order $200.00 plus shipping costs & brokerage fees.
We do not ship Overseas furs, animal products and shells.

Fish & Game Regulations

U.S. customers: Please check with your State's Fish & Game laws regarding animal furs and parts.
We sell only these items legal in California.
